Kissing Camels Townhomes is a small, mixed Townhome/Condominium, community within the beautiful, gated Kissing Camels Estates. It is situated in the Northwest part of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The seven acres property is bordered on three sides by the Kissing Camels golf course.
The community consists of forty-nine homes, spread throughout ten buildings, which are, for the most part, owner occupied.
We are covenant controlled by the Kissing Camels Townhomes Owners Association (KCTHOA).
